I'm not sure if it was because we went on Fathers Day but the service was a little concerning. The waitress that I had was nice and fast but obviously very flustered and it seemed like she was having a bad day. She didn't smile or anything and was huffing and puffing and saying "oh my god" every time she walked by. A lot of the other people working there were clearly wanting to be somewhere else as well. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich and the chicken was a little dry but other than that the food was prepared quickly which was nice. Just a word of advice to anyone who's a waitress in general, last thing you want to do is show the people you're serving that you're having a bad day. It could make them uncomfortable.

Ordered pretzels with beer sauce and nachos with extra sour cream with beef.
Literally gave us NO sour cream at all.
All chips with VERY little cheese and even less meat.
No wonder why your restaurant is failing and the reviews are so poor.
Stop being incompetent. -

Food was pretty average. Customer service was terrible. The manager Rosa was extremely unpleasant and rude. When asked if the corndog had pork she said, a hot dog? , as if hot dogs are never made with pork. Meanwhile while responding to me she was about 10 feet way while speaking to me. Avoid this location if possible .

So I came to Applebee's on a Saturday at about 8pm. I was hoping that coming after the dinner rush would assure a relaxing yet moderate waiting time spent. Oh boy, was I wrong? Of course with my luck the "system" went down. Okay, life happens. So we got a "free" accommodation of chips and salsa. Honestly how is it free when my 45 mins cost more than the chips. I patiently wait for my food and had to wait an extra 30 minutes to even receive any sauces for my food (dry asf without sauce). Naturally my food got cold and yes I felt a little bad for the waiter, luckily my gf is a manager at a restaurant and "understood how it felt to be on the other side." But a little communication can go a long way, it makes a difference from no tip to a 20% tip regardless of system malfunction. And since when did sour cream become extra $? Regardless it was an absolute fail, just get McDonald's drive thru guys.

I'm not a huge fan of Applebee's but the nearest TGIF was way too far. Food at this location is average at best but definitely better than a place like Denny's. Service is the best part of this place because the staff was super nice.
Based on other reviews I don't think the cooking staff knows how to properly prepare meals because every other Yelper agrees the food is lacking big time at this location. If I stop by again it'll literally just be for a beer with my friend at the bar and that's about it. I'll never buy food here ever again.
I suggest you look up another restaurant franchise and skip this location.
